Evelyn Salt is a CIA agent, who serves her country honestly. A defector accuses Salt and she has nothing left to do as run. Evelyn’s purpose now is not only to elude capture and save her own life, but to prove her being a real patriot of her country. Many years, spent as a covert operative, made Evelyn Salt a brave and skillful opponent, who is not so easy to capture or break down her resistance. Using her experience as a CIA officer, Salt tries to withstand the powerful forces of her enemies.
